If you enrol in any paid Frantically Speaking program, these terms ensure the best coaching experience. Through one-to-one, group, hybrid coaching or self-paced courses (depending on your package), we will make reasonable efforts to support you in achieving your desired outcomes. Coaching provides guidance and accountability, but you remain responsible for implementation and any changes in your business, speaking, career or life. You accept full responsibility for all decisions and actions taken during your coaching period.
You have access to coaching for 9 months from your first payment date. If training is not completed within this time, remaining sessions are forfeited. Frantically Speaking is not obliged to follow up on completion.
A 90% refund is available if requested in writing within 15 calendar days of payment. After this period, all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
If services are discontinued due to force majeure events (including acts of God, government restrictions or other events beyond our control), we are not required to refund fees for services already used or provide replacement services.
As we operate across time zones, schedules may change, including daylight savings adjustments. Participants are responsible for accommodating these changes.
All materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws and may not be recorded, used or reproduced without written permission.
Frantically Speaking may use session or call recordings for training, marketing and promotional purposes across our website, social media and materials.
All actions are voluntary and your responsibility. Seek independent professional advice before making physical, business or investment decisions.
If access is cancelled due to proven breach of our Terms of Use, Frantically Speaking’s decision is final and binding. We reserve the right to update our Terms, Conditions & Refund Policy in the interests of students and customers. By enrolling and completing payment, you agree to these terms.
