REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Participants may request a refund within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of payment receipt ("Refund Period"). Refunds requested within the Refund Period shall be processed at ninety percent (90%) of the total amount paid, with ten percent (10%) retained by Frantically Speaking.
Refund Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [your email] within the 15-day Refund Period.
Calculation: The Refund Period commences on the date payment is received and successfully processed by Frantically Speaking, as evidenced by payment confirmation.
Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within [7-14] business days of request approval and returned via the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Amount: Ten percent (10%) of the total fee shall be retained by Frantically Speaking.
Exclusions: Refunds shall not be granted:
After the expiration of the 15-day Refund Period
For completed programs or certificates already issued
For charges related to no-shows or cancellations without prior notice
