CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT Participants may request a cancellation of their enrollment at any time by submitting a written request via email. Cancellations are subject to the terms outlined below based on the timing of the request.

CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

More than 7 days before program start: Participants who cancel more than seven (7) days before the scheduled program start date will receive a full refund, less a ten percent (10%) administrative fee retained by Frantically Speaking.

Within 7 days of program start: Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the program start date are not eligible for a refund. At Frantically Speaking's discretion, participants may be offered a credit toward a future program.

After program has commenced: No cancellations or refunds will be processed once the program has begun.

HOW TO CANCEL To request a cancellation, participants must send a written request to hrideep@franticallyspeaking.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request" and include their full name, registered email address, program name, and date of enrollment. Cancellations requested through any other channel will not be accepted.

CANCELLATION BY FRANTICALLY SPEAKING Frantically Speaking reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program due to insufficient enrollment or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future program at no additional cost.

NO-SHOW POLICY Participants who do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No refund or credit will be issued for no-shows.

FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE In the case of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or events beyond our control), Frantically Speaking may cancel or postpone services without liability. Refunds in such cases will be at the company's discretion.

POLICY UPDATES We reserve the right to revise this Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
