These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Frantically Speaking and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.

Terms & Conditions for Frantically Speaking students

If you enrol into any of the paid Frantically Speaking programs, these terms are here to help you and us get the most from your coaching with us.

In either one-to-one coaching, group coaching, hybrid coaching or self-paced courses (depending on the chosen package) – our team will do everything possible in line with our processes to enable you to achieve results and desired outcomes.

Please note you will supported by the coaching but remain responsible for implementation and changes in your business, speaking, career and life.

You accept full responsibility for all decisions and courses of action taken during your coaching period.

You have access to the coaching for 9 months from the date of your first payment. If for whatever reason you are unable to complete the training, the sessions after 9 months are forfeited. Frantically Speaking is under no obligation to follow up with the student to complete the tenure of the training.

All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services sold.

If Frantically Speaking has to discontinue a product/service due to a force majeure event (such as acts of God, government restrictions or other events beyond our control), we are under no obligation to refund the fee for the portion of product/service already availed by you. We are also not liable to provide any additional service in lieu of the product/service so discontinued.

All material relating to the training is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. All materials may not be recorded, used or reproduced without the written permission of the owner.

You understand that all action taken is performed voluntarily and is your responsibility. Clients should seek independent professional advice before undertaking any physical, business or investment actions.

If your access/enrolment is cancelled on account of discovery of credible proof regarding any breach of our Terms of Use, the decision of Frantically Speaking shall be final and binding.

Frantically Speaking reserves the right to update its Terms, Conditions & Refund Policy in the interests of the students/customers.

By enrolling into the Frantically Speaking training and completing the investment you agree to abide by the terms and conditions as set out above.
