However, in case it does turn out that you’re not completely satisfied with one of our products, here are our refund policies.

When you enrol into our coaching program, you are given access to all training material throughout the duration of the course at different times. Refund on the coaching can be provided as long as it is asked for before the first session begins. The workings of the coaching will be made clear from the beginning to ensure complete transparency. Once the refund is requested via an email, it will be provided within 24-48 hours on business days.

When you purchase our ebook, you immediately gain access to a all the information much of which is only available to the buyers. You also gain access to bonuses and/or downloadable tools (if applicable).
Because of the nature of the Product, we can’t provide refunds for Frantically Speaking.

Protecting You as a Customer

In the early days of Frantically Speaking, we did often give refunds when a customer wasn’t fully satisfied.

However, we learned quickly that there were many people who were accessing our information, downloading the tools, reading/watching the content, only to request a refund.
