1. Eligibility
2. • The referral program is open to all customers of Frantically Speaking.
   • The referee (new customer) must successfully enroll in a program and complete payment for the referrer (existing customer) to qualify for the referral bonus.

3. Referral Bonus

   • Referrers will receive a 10% cashback on the amount paid by the referred customer, not the amount the referrer originally paid.
   • Referees will receive a 10% discount on their program fees.

4. Discount Exclusions

   • If the referrer or referee has enrolled at an already discounted price, the referral bonus and discount will not apply.

5. Payment Terms

   • The referral cashback will be processed after the referred customer has made their full payment.
   • Referral bonuses will be paid through the payment partner of Frantically Speaking’s choosing.

6. Program Limitations

   • The referral program is only applicable to Frantically Speaking’s paid programs. Free trials or consultations do not qualify.

7. Non-Transferability

   • Referral bonuses and discounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other benefits or cash outside the referral cashback.

8. Policy Changes

   • Frantically Speaking reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time without prior notice.
